Qualifications

• Proficient in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with Microservices architecture, Docker, CI/CD and cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Git, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior teaching, training, or corporate coaching experience is a plus.
