Responsibilities

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader Full Stack (MERN) Developer to lead our development team in building scalable and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across the MERN stack along with proven leadership capabilities to guide, mentor, and drive a team toward successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and project roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development processes.

• FrontendStrong expertise in React.js, including Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and team management.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage) :

• Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and advanced NoSQL databases.
• Prior experience working in distributed or onsite-offshore team models.
