About the Role:
We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer (MERN) who can work on complex, large‑scale web portals, guide a small team, and actively use AI tools to speed up development and maintain code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web portals using the MERN stack.
- Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions.
- Use AI‑powered developer tools (e.g., Cursor, MCP, code assistants) to improve productivity and code quality.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers on the team.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and QA to deliver features on time.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments (staging & production).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues on priority.
Must‑Have Skills & Experience:
- 4–5 years of hands‑on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Proven experience building complex, multi‑module web portals (dashboards, role‑based access, workflows, etc.).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent logical thinking.
- Practical experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, MCP, or similar tools in day‑to‑day development.
- Experience in leading, guiding, or mentoring a small development team.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Strong understanding of Git‑based workflows.
Good‑to‑Have:
- Exposure to DevOps (CI/CD, basic server management, deployments, monitoring).
- Experience with microservices, queues, or event‑driven architectures.
- Knowledge of TypeScript in a MERN environment.
Work Mode & Timings:
- This is a full‑time, office‑only role.
- Work from our Ahmedabad office.
- Remote / WFH is not available for this position.
