Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, offering support in overcoming technical challenges and fostering team growth.
• Technical Standards: Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality benchmarks.
• Application Development: Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications using the MERN Stack and React Native.
• Requirement Analysis: Translate business requirements into effective, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
