We are looking for a passionate and self-driven MERN Stack Developer with strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and an ownership mindset. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, communicating effectively, andleveragingAI tools to improve development productivity and software quality.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of hands‑on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and React component architecture.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases, cloud platforms, or Docker is an advantage.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot , or similar platforms for requirement analysis, planning, coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and learning.
• Ability to review,validate, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
