Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail team. You will analyze customer behavior, plan product placement, and collaborate with teams to execute merchandising strategies across channels.

Responsibilities include developing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales data, coordinating with suppliers and store managers, and creating planograms to boost in-store engagement while tracking stock levels and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in merchandising, retail planning, or inventory management preferred.
• Knowledge of planogram design and supply chain operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies balancing customer expectations with company objectives.
• Analyze sales figures, customer trends, and inventory levels to inform decisions.
