Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking a Merchandiser to manage in-store and online product displays, monitor stock levels, and analyze sales trends to maximize profits. The role bridges suppliers and retail floors to ensure attractive presentation, proper stock, and competitive pricing.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in retail or inventory management, with strong math and communication skills, and the ability to lift/move stock when needed.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Visual Displays: Set up eye-catching promotional displays, endcaps, and shelf layouts following company guidelines or planograms.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock counts, restock shelves, rotate products to prevent spoilage, and remove damaged goods.
• Sales Analysis: Review sales figures and consumer trends to forecast demand and plan future stock requirements.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and buyers regarding delivery schedules, pricing, and product placement.
• Market Monitoring: Check competitor pricing, product assortments, and promotional activities.
