Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Jaipur. The Merchandiser is responsible for planning and presenting product assortments, including handcrafted rugs and carpets, to optimize sales and customer appeal in retail and showroom environments. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales trends, coordinating product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that visual merchandising aligns with brand standards. The role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to support promotions, prepare product materials, and enhance the in-store customer experience. The Merchandiser will also engage with customers and gather feedback to inform future assortments and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Retail, including working with product assortments, pricing, and in-store customer engagement.

• Comfort working on-site in a showroom or retail setting in Jaipur, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
