Job summary

Urban India in Noida is seeking a full-time merchandiser to coordinate with buyers and suppliers, guiding product development from concept to shipment. You will ensure quality, cost control and timely delivery, while following up on samples and approvals and maintaining orders documentation.

You will analyze trends, support assortments and pricing decisions, and work with design, production and logistics to meet client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with buyers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Customer service and sales skills to understand client needs.
• Retail and marketing sense for market trends and product positioning.
• Attention to detail for managing styles, orders and timelines.
• Knowledge of fashion sourcing, fabrics, trims, and production.

• Education in Fashion/Textiles/Business; prior merchandising experience is an advantage.

Role Description
