The MEP Engineer (Project-Based) will be responsible for managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing functions for assigned projects at Tribeca, including premium residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role demands strong technical expertise, design understanding, project execution capability, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of all MEP systems.
1. MEP Systems Execution
Responsible for execution and coordination of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems for assigned projects.
Provide design inputs, technical recommendations, and support to consultants and contractors during planning, design, and execution phases.
2. Project Execution & Coordination
Coordinate and liaise with Architects, MEP Consultants, Contractors, and Site Engineers for smooth and timely project execution.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of: o HV & LV Panels o Cables o Transformers o DG Sets o HVAC systems including ducting, insulation, equipment, and controls.
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with Tribecas design standards.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Handle vendor evaluation, onboarding, performance monitoring, and closure of work.
Ensure efficient coordination between all project stakeholders, including service providers and governing agencies.
4. Approvals & Compliance
Liaison with government authorities and statutory bodies to secure all technical sanctions, NOCs, and approvals required during various stages of the project.
5. Budgeting & Cost Control
Responsible for capital budgeting, cost monitoring, and ensuring adherence to budgetary parameters.
Support project costing, value engineering, and contract administration.
6. Plumbing & Utilities Oversight
Ensure smooth functioning of all plumbing utilities, including water supply, drainage, firefighting systems, and related services.
