Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hyderabad seeks a Project Lead – MEP Head to drive site operations, coordinate MEPF works and lead a multidisciplinary team. You will ensure safety, quality and timely reporting while managing subcontractors and client expectations across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in mechanical/electrical projects, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management in a real estate development context.

• Proven expertise in site management.
• Strong MEP knowledge across Electrical, HVAC, PHE and related works.
• Experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site design problems in coordination with design consultants, managing construction of MEPF works and related records for reporting purposes. Aside from these, you’ll also see to it that the projects comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice. Likewise, you’ll prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Management, Project Safety and Quality Plan. Are you comfortable facing people on a daily basis? Part of your job is to assemble and lead a team of experts and bring out the best in each member. You’ll constantly coordinate with key stakeholders and manage subcontractors and suppliers. A solid background in all MEP works as MEP manager in Electrical, HVAC, PHE, Mechanical works, FPS, FAPA, STP, WTP etc. B. E /B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with minimum 10 years’ experience /Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical with minimum 15 years’ experience industrial Utility ,Process piping and structural fabrication works Leadership skills above parThis role calls for a high level of competence to effectively bring out the best that we have to offer. As the person in charge, you’ll need to demonstrate willingness and ability to constantly improve existing competencies.
