Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Lead for Project and Development Services in Kolkata, India. You will guide IT Park, commercial, industrial, and hotel projects, leading from the front and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to meet clients' expectations and JLL's objectives.

You will establish reporting structures, monitor budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while driving proposals and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in a property-related discipline with extensive experience in design, construction or project management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Park/Commercial/Industrial/Hotel projects to successful completion, guiding teams and aligning with client objectives.
• Establish reporting structures, communication plans and quality control across project phases.
• Attend meetings, submit monthly reports, monitor budgets and manage vendor contracts to protect commercial interests.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies while maintaining client relationships and ensuring timely PM proposals.

You’ll need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view.For each project, you’ll establish an effective organisational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place. You’ll lead a project team that is highly motivated, eager to contribute, and in sync with the stakeholders’ mind-sets.
