MEP Engineer- Technical

Job summary

Lodha is seeking an experienced facilities/MEP maintenance professional to oversee preventive maintenance and operation of all engineering services in the premises.

You will monitor energy use and optimize consumption, supervise chiller systems, CCTV, firefighting, and power systems, and coordinate with project teams to ensure proper handover and audits across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan & execute preventive maintenance and upkeep of all engineering services
• Monitor energy consumption and design methods for conservation and optimization of energy
• Maintain stores and supplies for chiller (York Make) of 400 TR capacity, CCTV, Firefighting, P.A. system, Diesel Generator
• Performance testing of MEP system and review of MEP system as per checklist
• MEP commissioning activity as per Design, BOQ & Tenders
• Provide technical training to MEP staff Coordination & Planning
• Coordinate with Project and Design team for upcoming building / cinemas and preparing proper handover reports
• Conduct Internal Technical Audits for evaluating system performance & staff competency
• Coordinate with External Technical Auditors and improving the System
• Proper handover of MEP system from Project team
• Coordinate with third party commissioning agency and all other services contractors for interfacing and integrating of all services
• Manpower planning and delegation of engineering / facilities jobs. Provide guidance to the team as required and train them on crucial activities.
