Raunaq Foundations is seeking an MEP Project Coordinator to oversee multiple MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), ensuring projects stay on time and on budget. You will handle cost estimates and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless execution.

Strong knowledge of building codes, AutoCAD proficiency, and clear communication are essential to review designs, supervise on-site activities, inspect materials, and uphold health and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage MEP projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Supervise contractors to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to align with design and structural plans.
• Provide technical advice on installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
• Identify and resolve design issues due to site conditions or coordination challenges.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed on-site.
• Conduct off-site inspections of materials and equipment for quality and compliance.
• Review and suggest improvements to MEP designs based on real-world conditions.
• Coordinate materials and shop drawings to readiness for installation.
