Job summary

Tuv is seeking an MEP Engineer in Bengaluru to lead and supervise electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and ELV works for high-rise residential developments.

The candidate should have 5–6 years of hands-on MEP experience, with mandatory exposure to Mivan construction and strong AutoCAD/MS Office skills for coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–6 years of experience in MEP execution for high-rise residential projects.
• Experience in Mivan construction is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, and ELV) for residential projects.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review MEP drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate material planning, inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of MEP activities within project schedules.
