Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency seeks an experienced MEP Drafter to create detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD. You will ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project specifications, coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to capture requirements and deliver revisions on schedule.

The role demands strong attention to detail, knowledge of MEP standards for commercial projects, and effective communication to support multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintains documentation and version control of all drawings within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and Detailing: Create and prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD. Ensure all drawings are precise, clear, and adhere to project specifications and standards.
• Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather project requirements. Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings and revisions.
• Quality Assurance: Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards. Make necessary adjustments or corrections as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and filing of all drawings for easy access and reference. Ensure that the latest versions of drawings are shared and updated within the project team.
