Job summary

Qural Talent Nexus seeks a Senior MEP Design Engineer to lead design, coordination, and execution of high-density data centre infrastructure across domestic and international markets.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, perform load calculations, and ensure BIM coordination using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to meet global standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP engineering.
• At least 1 year of direct Data Centre project experience preferred.
• Proficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Strong communication for interfacing with international clients.

• Lead MEP engineering design and BIM coordination for Data Centre facilities.
• Perform equipment sizing, load calculations, and capacity planning for mission-critical infrastructure.
• Ensure clash-free integration of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Design Engineer to drive Data Centre projects. You will spearhead the design, coordination, and execution of high-density power, precision cooling, and critical infrastructure systems for both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP engineering design and BIM coordination for complex Data Centre facilities.
• Perform equipment sizing, load calculations, and capacity planning for mission-critical infrastructure (UPS, CRAC/CRAH, backup power).
• Ensure clash-free integration of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Review technical submittals and shop drawings for compliance with global data center standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier classifications) and local codes.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize system performance and redundant architectures (N+1, 2N).

Requirements

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Core Experience: 5 to 10 years of strong experience in the MEP engineering domain.
• Specialization: At least 1 year of direct, hands-on experience with Data Centre projects is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mission-critical MEP design principles and BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Communication: Excellent analytical and communication skills for interfacing with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.
