Job summary

Larsen & Toubro, Hyderabad, seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

You will bridge engineering designs with field execution, manage specialized subcontractors, verify material specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards across residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of HVAC ductwork, chiller systems, VRF units, air handling units (AHUs), fire sprinkler systems, and ventilation.
• Oversee electrical containment, cable pulling, DB terminations, lighting layouts, and Low Voltage (ELV) systems like CCTV, access control, and fire alarms.
• Coordinate daily tasks for MEP subcontractors and trade labor to maintain continuous progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship adheres to quality benchmarks, approved shop drawings, and local authority regulations (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense).
