Job summary

Micron Technology in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior Memory Systems Performance & Workload Architect to lead workload-driven memory architecture across mobile and server platforms. You will own benchmarking, characterization, and modeling to guide next‑gen DRAM, LPDDR, and HBM design, coordinating across silicon, firmware, and OS teams.

You will define industry benchmarks, analyze bottlenecks with PMU counters and eBPF, and push optimizations across kernel, BIOS, and applications.
