Job Description

Position: SAP SD/DSD

Experience: 4 to 15 years

Technical Skills: SAP SD/DSD

Responsibilities Include:

• Resolve tickets and support as per SLAs
• Manage IT/access requirements
• Review and prioritize service requests
• Handle critical escalations and ensure resolution
• Conduct reviews with business teams
• Collaborate with support groups and cross-functional teams
• Follow change management processes
• Resolve incidents and fulfill requests
• Assist in hiring processes and conduct technical training

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong SAP DSD consulting experience
• Knowledge of SAP DSD Master Data (Customer, Vehicle, Material)
• Hands-on experience with DSD market Visit control, Van sales, Presales, and Delivery scenarios
• Experience with Route accounting, DSD Settlement, and Transportation Planning
• Experience with S4 HANA
• Integration knowledge with FI, CO, MM, SD modules
• Experience in AMS Projects and full lifecycle SAP ECC and S4 HANA implementations
• Ability to write functional specs, test scripts, and reports
• Proven experience in Production Support for DSD
• Experience with SAP interfaces and other modules
• Configuration and training skills in SAP DSD

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with workflow tools
• Flexible working hours
• Understanding industry trends
