As a Customer Service Associate, you will act as the primary point of contact for premium banking clients, delivering exceptional service, resolving complex queries, and upholding the high standards associated with a global financial institution.

Eligibility

• Graduates and Postgraduates both can apply
• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience required. Candidates with prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector will receive strong preference.
• Good communication skills are mandatory
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Immediate joiners and candidates ready to attend the walk-in process are preferred.
