Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Associate Manager for their finance team. This role requires 4 to 10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, strong communications skills, and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will produce financial reports, evaluate performance, and develop financial models. This is a full-time position based in Noida, India.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles.
• End-to-end month-end closing and reporting experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

• Produce monthly FP&A reports, including key metrics and financial results.

• Act as an individual contributor within the global FP&A team.
