Job summary

Genpact in Noida is seeking an autonomous FP&A Specialist to lead budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, and complex financial models. You will partner with department heads to optimize spending and provide actionable insights across multiple geographies such as Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, while leveraging Power BI for KPI dashboards.

The role requires 5 days in office with a 6:00 AM IST shift, strong analytical skills, and experience in ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA with proven finance experience.
• Experience in FP&A and budgeting, with healthcare exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute key FP&A workflows including budgeting and rolling forecasts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an autonomous FP&A Specialist to own and execute key financial planning and analysis workflows. In this dynamic role, you will lead annual budgeting cycles, construct rolling financial forecasts, and build complex financial models for scenario testing and ROI evaluations. You must have deep, hands-on exposure to variance analysis, identifying underlying cost drivers, and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate serves as a strategic business partner to department heads, helping optimize operational spending and evaluate strategic business cases.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to FP&A domain.

• Variance & Financial Analysis: Conduct month-end financial variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast/Prior Year) for in-scope business units (hospitals, clinics, labs) and identify key operational cost and revenue drivers.
• Annual Operating Planning & Forecast Management: Prepare/manage annual operating plans and periodic forecasts through budget assumption alignment, expense planning, cost-Centre management, and financial model governance.
• Financial Performance & Business Insights: - Drive variance analysis and proactively track risks and opportunities to strengthen forecast accuracy and support informed business decisions along with measuring performance trends across geographies (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong).
• AOP & Budget Building: Build and maintain functional budget models, execute cost allocation logic, and perform consolidated budget roll-ups during the annual planning cycle.
• Power BI & Report Rationalization: Design, build, and optimize management of KPI dashboards, streamlining reporting inventories, and enabling self-service analytics.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis & Query Resolution: Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business queries within required Turnaround Times (TAT) & JV partner Reporting.
• SLA & Quality Compliance: Strict adherence to FP&A metric accuracy and delivery timelines (e.g., forecast/report submission timelines, data accuracy) and participate in root-cause analysis for missed targets.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• CA/MBA/or Equivalent with proven experience in Finance

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• 10 + years FP&A or Finance Managed Services experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Written and Verbal Communication
• Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude
• Proficiency in FP&A reporting and forecasting tools, and Excel/ PowerPoint
• ERP & Finance Platforms: SAP, Oracle and Sun Systems will be preferred.
• Planning, Analytics & Reporting: EPSi, Tagetik, Power BI, and budgeting/management reporting tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience using tools like Power BI will be an advantage
• Strong contextual knowledge with sound data literacy.
