Job summary

Enviros India is seeking an MEE plant operator in Andhra Pradesh to manage daily operations in line with SOPs, monitor critical parameters, and ensure safe handling of chemicals.

You will coordinate with maintenance teams, maintain logs, and contribute to continuous improvement of plant performance. The role includes room accommodation and meals during working hours, with incentives based on performance.

Candidates should uphold EHS standards and report deviations promptly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the MEE plant as per SOP and operating parameters.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, vacuum, flow, steam consumption and evaporation rate.
• Maintain proper feed flow and chemical dosing as required.
• Check and maintain condensate quality and recovery.
• Monitor plant performance and identify abnormalities or process deviations.
• Conduct routine inspection of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, vacuum systems and other equipment.
• Maintain proper vacuum and steam pressure for efficient operation.
• Carry out cleaning/CIP and assist in preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain daily MEE log sheets, production records and operating parameters.
• Report equipment breakdowns, leakages and process issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all EHS procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and hot process streams.
• Coordinate with ETP, Production and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain housekeeping around the MEE plant.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of MEE performance.
