Sandoz India is looking for an experienced Medical Information professional to support worldwide medical and scientific unsolicited inquiries within Global Medical Affairs. Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in pharma/healthcare with strong scientific writing and process implementation skills, and a track record in global settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent in life science, healthcare, pharmacy, medicine, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, ideally with Medical Information, medical writing, and related support models.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Medical Information services, including content creation, documentation, and inquiry workflows within defined processes.
• Perform literature searches and support drafting/maintenance of Medical Information resources and related outputs.
• Upload, document, and manage content and records in the Medical Information System.
• Support mailbox monitoring, reporting, and other defined operational activities within scope.
• Contribute to accurate and timely execution of Medical Information workflows and related documentation.
• Support process standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the service model.
• Support the transition and stabilization of services into GCC and contribute to operational maturity.

Responsible for supporting the worldwide medical and scientific unsolicited customer inquiry management ("Medical Information") within the Global Medical Affairs / Medical Excellence Operations organization based out of GCC India. The role ensures high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery, supports process consistency and operational governance, and partners with Global Medical Affairs and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure operational delivery and continuous improvement across Medical Information services.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Support delivery of Medical Information services, including content creation, documentation, and inquiry‑related workflows within defined processes.


• Perform literature searches and support drafting / maintenance of Medical Information resources and related outputs.

Essential Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Education: Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in life science, healthcare, pharmacy, medicine, or related field preferred with 5-8+ years experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, ideally with experience in Medical Information, medical / scientific writing, and related support models.


• Good understanding of Medical Information processes, customer inquiry management, content creation, and scientifically / medically relevant support workflows.


• Experience working in a cross‑functional, and global environment.


• Demonstrated strength in scientific writing, process execution, documentation discipline, and quality‑oriented delivery.
