Job summary

Apollo Hospitals in Gurugram (India) seeks a meticulous Medical Transcriptionist to transcribe medical reports, discharge summaries, operative notes and physician dictations with high accuracy.

You will edit, proofread for grammar and terminology, maintain daily productivity and ensure turnaround times, while coordinating with clinicians and clients to deliver error-free documentation.

Qualifications

Job Description

1 Caters to the need of multiple-user groups—Consultants, Clients.

2- Performs Quality assurance editing and proofing. Monitors and quality checks the assigned workflow production.

3- Responsible for typing medical records for all types of health packages available to clients with 100 percent accuracy.

4- Maintains separate register to keep track of the number of files typed per day on a day-to-day basis.

5- Brings interactivity between the user groups and create communities of care patients and doctors.

6- Transcribe medical reports, clinical notes, discharge summaries, operative/ procedure notes and physicia dictations accurately and within defined TAT.

7. Review and proofread tanscribed documents for accuracy, completeness, grammar, spelling and medical terminology.
