• Good spoken Hindi and enough English to detail products to doctors.

Responsibilities

• Build Mau town - the district hospital belt and the nursing homes on the main roads - into a steady daily call list.
• Plan Ghosi and Madhuban as one weekly tour day and Muhammadabad Gohna as another, so rural physicians are met every fortnight.
• Keep the Mau stockist and the larger retail chemists stocked so prescriptions from the weaving towns are filled locally.
• Manage the stockist end to end: primary and secondary orders, stock statements, expiry returns and collections.
• Report competitor launches, trade schemes and price moves to the area manager every week.
• Follow up with core prescribers until interest turns into regular prescriptions, and track Rx trends.
• Keep sample and promotional-input registers accurate and ready for audit at any time.
