Qualifications

• Mainpuri, Etawah, Firozabad or Agra residents preferred; own bike required.
• 1-5 years in pharma field sales or healthcare selling; strong freshers with an MR internship may be considered.
• Good spoken Hindi and enough English to detail products to doctors.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the Mainpuri medical college faculty and the town's private nursing homes as core prescribers.
• Rotate Bhongaon, Karhal and Kishni as ex-HQ days so each block town gets a regular visit.
• Track prescription movement for the top doctors and share the numbers with your area manager every week.
• Keep sample and promotional-input registers accurate and ready for audit at any time.
• Complete 10-12 doctor calls a day from the approved master list, following the monthly tour programme.
• Manage the stockist end to end: primary and secondary orders, stock statements, expiry returns and collections.
• Report competitor launches, trade schemes and price moves to the area manager every week.
