Job summary

GRPL India invites applications for a Medical Representative position covering Soron, Sahawar and Patiyali in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh. The role is open to freshers and experienced candidates, with a monthly salary of ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 and a full-time contract.

You will meet physicians and specialists, manage stockist relationships, and handle daily doctor calls while ensuring field coverage across the Kasganj markets. Own two-wheeler and Android smartphone are required for reporting.

Qualifications

• B.Sc (any science stream) or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
• Kasganj, Etah or Aligarh residents preferred; own two-wheeler essential.
• Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence and an Android smartphone for the reporting app.
• 1-5 years in pharma field sales or healthcare selling; strong freshers with an MR internship may be considered.
• Good spoken Hindi and enough English to detail products to doctors.

Responsibilities

• Meet physicians and child specialists in Kasganj town and audit the chemists next to each clinic.
• Set Soron and Sahawar as one tour day and Patiyali as another so every market is seen monthly.
• Keep stockist supply steady during fair and festival seasons when footfall in Soron rises.
• Complete 10-12 doctor calls a day from the approved master list, following the monthly tour programme.
• Manage the stockist end to end: primary and secondary orders, stock statements, expiry returns and collections.
• Report competitor launches, trade schemes and price moves to the area manager every week.
• Follow up with core prescribers until interest turns into regular prescriptions, and track Rx trends.
