Job summary

PeopleStrong in Pune is seeking a Radiation Oncology administrative professional to support the HOD and ensure timely delivery of radiation treatments. The role focuses on planning coordination, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

The candidate should possess Graduation or equivalent and demonstrated knowledge of IGRT/IMRT/3D CRT planning, with experience in hospital information systems and radiation safety.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Hospital Information systems
• Detailed knowledge of IGRT/IMRT/3D CRT planning
• Detailed knowledge of brachytherapy procedures and doses radiation source handling
• Detailed knowledge of Radiation Safety Procedures
• Toward completion of Radiation Plan in a stipulated time frame
• Towards the work of the department staff

Responsibilities

• Allocate specific jobs to relevant staff
• Ensure that the given planning is successfully completed
• Ensure smooth conduct of Simulation/Planning/QA test/Treatment within stipulated time frame
• Timely delivery of daily radiation treatment
• Reporting to the HOD as and when required basis
• Supervision of the preparation of annual reports for AERB/RSSD?
• Inventory of used/decayed sources in the department
