Job summary

Ciel HR in Gurugram is hiring for a Medical Billing and Enrollment Associate. The role requires fresh graduates with strong English communication and basic computer skills to support documentation, SOP updates, and reporting tasks.

You will work in a team, handle night shifts as needed, and strive to meet individual SLA targets while maintaining accuracy in data entry and process adherence.

Qualifications

• B.Com/BBA/MBA graduates preferred for documentation and enrollment tasks.
• Freshers only.

Work on different functions in the Organization with a team

• Update and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures from time to time by

taking input from respective subject matter experts Assist supervisor in the development of reports

and other basic tasks assigned from time to time

• Decision-making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts
• Perform under pressure and multitask
• Achieve individual SLA targets
