Role Overview:

This role of Lead – Investment involves leading and managing media campaigns for global brands across digital and video platforms. As part of a centralized investment team, you will work closely with planners, buyers, managers, and associate directors in onshore markets, supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Digital, OTT, CTV, and TV. You will help finalize partner consideration sets, review RFPs, evaluate publisher proposals, and support media buying decisions. The role also involves ensuring campaign readiness, managing bookings and allocations, coordinating trafficking and broadcast scheduling, and overseeing campaign timelines to ensure campaigns launch on time and within approved budgets.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of digital and video media campaigns in collaboration with planners, buyers, and global teams.
  • Review RFPs, evaluate partner proposals, and support media buying negotiations to deliver cost-effective campaign solutions.
  • Manage campaign bookings and allocations on platforms such as Prisma, Mbox and other investment tools in accordance with media plans.
  • Coordinate trafficking workflows, insertion orders, creative specifications, and ensure campaign timelines, asset delivery, and publisher deadlines are met across Digital, CTV, OTT, and TV platforms.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, publishers, and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization while maintaining campaign documentation and reports.
  • Oversee billing processes, resolve discrepancies, support audits, and contribute to team development, onboarding, and continuous improvement of investment workflows.
  • Leads being a 1st time people manager role are expected to take on early level people management tasks along with project management.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • A full‑time graduate degree (Mandatory)
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in digital media buying, campaign management, video/TV media operations, or investment operations.
  • Strong experience working with digital and Video media buying platforms such as Comscore, Prisma, Mbox and third-party ad servers (CM360, Adform, Flashtalking, etc.).
  • Experience managing video and broadcast media campaigns including CTV/OTT/TV scheduling, media buying, and billing workflows.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to manage daily deliverables
  • Familiarity with media management and scheduling tools such as Prisma, MBOX, IAS, Double verify, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
