Cyient Limited in Bangalore seeks an experienced Mechanical Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing for Machining, Casting, Stamping, and Sheet Metal parts within Aerospace/Defence. You will manage supplier development, RFQs, negotiations, and ensure on-time delivery while meeting quality and cost targets.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in aerospace sourcing, strong vendor management, and a solid grasp of engineering drawings and part costing.

Competenze

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defence sourcing and supplier development.
• Exposure to Machining, Casting, Stamping and Sheet Metal parts is preferred.

• Manage sourcing activities for Machining, Casting, Stamping, and Sheet Metal components.
• Develop and qualify suppliers for Aerospace & Defence projects.
• Handle RFQs, supplier evaluation, techno-commercial discussions, and finalization.
• Analyze engineering drawings, manufacturing feasibility, and component costing.

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal cross-functional teams during project execution.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Sourcing Manager with strong expertise in sourcing, vendor development, and cost management for Machining, Casting, Stamping, and Sheet Metal components. The ideal candidate should have extensive exposure to Aerospace & Defence products, supplier management, and technical sourcing activities with the ability to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
