Job summary

Sidvin Energy Engineering is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer for Oil & Gas projects in Bengaluru. The role involves detailed design work including ducting layouts, MTO, D&ID, airflow diagrams, and E3D modelling.

Candidates should have 10–12 years in relevant design and strong proficiency in E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office. The incumbent will coordinate with multiple disciplines, ensure code compliance, and deliver detailed, clash-free designs with installation and as-built

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Design for Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficient in E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Experience in detail design of HVAC equipment, duct routing and accessories.
• Experience in detail design of Material handling equipment, devices, valves and piping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC system ducting layout plan, section and typical details.
• Prepare ducting line list, ducting penetration and connection details.
• Prepare HVAC MTO.
• Prepare D&ID, airflow diagram, E3D extracted HVAC arrangement drawing, installation details, shop and as-built drawings.
• Prepare HVAC drain isometric drawing and piping layout drawings.
• Detail design using E3D with route verification, clash checks, and space reservation for equipment.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for interface engineering.
• Perform other duties as defined by Manager/Lead.

• 1. Preparation of HVAC system - Ducting Layout Plan, Section & Typical details,

• c) Perform clash check and resolve interfaces.


• d) Space reservation of equipment.


• f) Duct/pipe supports.


• 6. Co-ordination with other disciplines for interface engineering


• 7. Any other relevant activities as defined by the Manager/Lead.
