Job summary

Kamms Management Consultants represents a reputed engineering MNC machine tools company in Satysai District, Andhra Pradesh. The Mechanical & Geometry Technical role involves assembling and starting up CNC machines to meet exact specifications and assisting with customer installations at sites.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or BE in mechanical engineering, have 1–2 years CNC/machine tool experience, and be familiar with drawings and NC programming; travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Experience with CNC machine tools and assembly is desirable.
• Knowledge of NC programming and reading drawings is important.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in CNC machine tool manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and start-up CNC machines to Company specifications.
• Assemble and start-up assembly equipment.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, levels, indicators, micrometers).
• Read and follow mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical prints/drawings.
• Read and follow tool layouts and NC code (G-code, M-functions).
• Troubleshoot machine errors.
• Respond to customer installation requests or problems on short notice.

Job Location: Satysai District, Andhra Pradesh (100 km from Bangalore Air port)
Qualification: Diploma/BE
Experience: Min 2+ years

Products: **Company manufactures highly advanced sophisticated robotic Machines/5-Axis/VMC/HMC Machines with customer base across the Globe. You may required to travel to Germany .

Roles and Responsibilities
Must respond quickly to customer installation requests or problems on short notice

• Assemble and start-up new CNC machines to Company's specifications
• Assemble and start-up assembly equipment
• Utilize precision measuring instruments (such as calipers, levels, indicators, micrometers, etc.)
• Read and follow mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical prints/drawings
• Read and follow tool layouts and NC code (G-code, M-functions)
• Troubleshoot machine errors
• Respond to emergency calls from customers in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Understanding of drawings, schematics and troubleshooting
• NC programming experience preferred
• Previous CNC machining or machine building experience preferred
• Previous experience with assembly equipment and robotic cells preferred
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferably from CNC machine tool manufacturing industry
