Job summary

The role requires a Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years' experience in accounting/financial management, and proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Job Title: Finance Manager FP&A & Treasury

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage financial operations, financial planning, reporting, budgeting, treasury activities, and internal controls. The candidate will support senior management in financial decision-making and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against budgets.
• Analyse budget variances and recommend appropriate cost-control measures.
• Manage cash flow planning and treasury operations.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team.
• Manage accounting/ERP systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Support senior management in strategic financial planning and business decisions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: 2–4 years in accounting/financial management.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, treasury, and audit coordination.
• Experience with Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
