Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with 1–2 years in product development or related fields, and exposure to CAD/FEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in Product Development, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Simulation, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of mechanical design and product development principles.
• Familiarity with CAD/FEA tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and implement innovative tire products that meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Apply engineering principles, data analytics, simulation, and predictive methods to optimize product performance and accelerate development.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Solving technical challenges using structured problem-solving techniques, engineering tools (CAD, FEA, PLM), and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting new technologies, improving engineering processes, and sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in Product Development, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Simulation, or related engineering fields.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mechanical design and product development principles.
