The team specializes in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural, Fire Protection, Construction, and Project Management, serving the facilities market across North America, India, and the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models for mechanical and plumbing services using REVIT MEP, including drawing strategy, type, size, and numbering in coordination with the project engineer/consultant/client.
• Utilize CAD/BIM templates and library items to create construction deliverables in 2D format, including HVAC ducting layouts, piping layouts & general arrangements, pipe routing studies, equipment room general arrangement drawings, plumbing drawings & riser diagrams, plan & section drawings, and equipment schedules with installation details.
• Coordinate assigned scope of work with other disciplines to achieve clash‑free designs.
• Demonstrate willingness to advance by taking on increased engineering design responsibilities in close collaboration with discipline lead engineers.
• Act as a committed team player, working independently when necessary while maintaining strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Tools and Software

• 3D: REVIT (mandatory); AutoCAD Plant 3D; AutoCAD MEP (plus).
• 2D: AutoCAD; MicroStation (plus).
• Coordination: Navisworks.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI/NCTVT – Mechanical Draftsman qualification.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in industrial/commercial MEP design, including general arrangement drawings, ducting and piping layouts, plumbing drawings, riser drawings, and use of 3D or 2D design tools.
• Working knowledge of international codes and standards: ASHRAE, ASME, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code, International Fire Code, International Building Code, NFPA, etc., applicable to Food & Consumer, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Commercial projects.
