How you’ll make an impact
- The successful candidate will be the part of an International Design and Engineering Team heavily specialized in Power Transformers design covering different countries.
- Preparation of General Arrangement, fabrication drawings, Bill of materials and submission to customer as per project schedule.
- Will be part of a Global Engineering Centre team and your task is to contribute to the global design work with positive team atmosphere and networking.
- Responsible for development of transformer designs in coordination with global Hitachi Energy factory based on the purchase order requirement, ordering specification in different areas of transformer mechanical design.
- Coordinating design activities within a worldwide factories network.
- Demonstrated team building skills and networking skills, would be a preference.
- Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 - 7 years’ experience working in mechanical design for Power Transformers.
- Candidates with higher experience also to be considered. Experience in order designs,
- Experience in Customer drawings & fabrication drawings.
- Experience in Simulation or software development would be advantageous.
- Experience on Microsoft office and tools.
- Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world.
- Additional languages knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Quick learner with ability to master new areas
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
