Job summary

HireLink OÜ is seeking a Mechanical Design & Estimation Engineer for HVAC and Cleanroom projects in pharma solutions. You will design systems, prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and techno-commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with project specs and GMP/ISO standards.

You'll coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to deliver optimized, compliant solutions and detailed engineering documentation for pharma facilities.

Qualifications

• 5–17 years of mechanical design experience.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation and tendering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Cadmate and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 14644 standards.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and cleanroom layouts.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and techno-commercial proposals.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support project execution with technical documentation and engineering inputs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 14644, and engineering standards.
