Job summary

Klenzaids Contamination Controls Pvt Ltd in Verna, Goa, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop and optimize cleanroom, bio-safety, and sterilization systems for pharma manufacturing. You will create 3D models and detailed drawings, configure machines using CAD tools, and contribute to proactive design reviews with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3-5 years in mechanical design, familiarity with SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Taction, and knowledge of ASME/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Pharma/MedTech design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components and customized solutions per project requirements.
• Create 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Configure machines with Taction and SolidWorks.
• Create parts, assemblies, modules and BOMs; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Conduct engineering calculations and simulations to verify design performance and safety compliance.
• Participate in design reviews, provide technical input, and suggest improvements.
• Document design processes, specifications and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical design practices.
