Key candidate requirements include:

• Strong expertise in aggregate calculations and the ability to think logically and solve complex engineering problems effectively;
• Expertise in CAD software tools, preferably Solid edge, to create accurate models and designs quickly while maintaining high-quality standards;
• Strong understanding of various manufacturing and production processes and how they impact design decisions;
• Deep knowledge of GD&T principles and proficiency in performing tolerance stack-up analysis;
• Familiarity with Design Thinking principles for innovative ideation, problem-solving, and product design;
• Proven experience in creating detailed product documentation such as BoMs, SoPs, and testing reports;
• Certified Courses in Design Thinking;
• Familiarity with various Indian and International Standards, and compliance regulations
• Cross discipline knowledge;
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation;
• Desired Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering (or related) from a Tier 1 or 2 Institute;
