Kilburn Engineering in Mumbai designs, manufactures, supplies, installs and commissions specialized process equipment, including dryers and allied systems for oil & gas industries. • Knowledge of ASME codes and wind/earthquake codes.
• Piping MTO knowledge and bearing/gearbox selection experience.
• PV Elite experience is must; AutoCAD/Inventor preferable.

First of all, I went through some reviews where a few people mentioned that this is not a safe workplace for women. Personally,I never experienced or observed anything like that during my tenure. Our senior HR is also a woman and I strongly believe that if anything inappropriate happened,strict action would definitely be taken.Everyone can have different experiences and opinions,but this is what I genuinely observed. I joined this company as a fresher and it gave me very good exposure and technical knowledge.Because of the experience I gained here,I later got better career opportunities.I learned a lot professionally while working in this organization. One of the best things about the company is salary credibility. Salaries are always paid on time. Even my former colleagues who left the organization received all their remaining dues properly. The company also provides good quality breakfast and lunch facilities and maintains excellent cleanliness in the office. For the Kalyan and Ambernath offices, pick-up and drop transportation services are also provided. The organization works on a wide variety of equipment and projects, including all types of dryers, offshore projects, EPC projects and static equipment. The company is also involved in U Stamp projects which provides valuable learning opportunities. Employees are also provided with good leave benefits, including PL, CL, and SL. Advice for Freshers: As a fresher, if you do not have prior industry experience, it is difficult to judge whether an organization is good or bad immediately. Focus more on learning, skill development and productivity in the early stage of your career. If you join this organization, do not depend on any reviews from others (specially negetive review). Observe the environment and experience things yourself. Overall, according to my experience, this organization is a very good place for freshers to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Since there are already many negative reviews available, I do not want to add anything specific in the dislike section because everyone can have different experiences and perspectives. However, one thing I would like to mention is that strictness from seniors or management is normal in every organization, especially when mistakes are repeated or performance expectations are not met. Professional discipline exists everywhere and employees should also focus on their responsibilities and performance. In my opinion, if someone works sincerely and maintains good performance they can learn and grow well in this organization.
