The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components for our autonomous vehicle products and other industrial AI products. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with electrical and software components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with autonomous systems or robotics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, mechatronics or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2-3 yrs experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in the automotive or robotics
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automotive design and safety.
