Job summary

Vayu Galaxy in Delhi/NCR, India is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to create structural blueprints, assemblies, and enclosure designs for rolling robots and drone airframes. You will focus on weight minimization, structural rigidity, and IP-rated enclosures.

You will perform FEA on joints, select materials, and collaborate with manufacturing to prototype mechanical joints, ensuring designs meet stress and IP requirements for rugged operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Product Design Engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, PTC Creo, or Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Solid understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and material selection.
• Experience designing injection-molded, machined, or sheet-metal components.

Responsibilities
