Accenture Pune is seeking a Measurement & Report Analyst to support governance, reporting analytics, and change control across Field Ops. You will design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that integrate data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights for performance management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to work across a matrixed organization with minimal travel and flexible hours for global

• Supports an account to deliver one or more of the following Field Ops scope of services: change control, issue/problem management, governance, satisfaction surveys, reporting, and service definition framework.
• Liaises with Service Management Process Owners for Capability, Governance, Change, Issues, Satisfaction Surveys and Reporting
• Liaises with Internal Controls and Compliance Team as required
