Job summary

• 3–5 years of experience in measurement, reporting, or analytics (Trust & Safety or similar)
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with data manipulation for reporting
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/QuickSight)
• Familiarity with WFM concepts, forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling models

Responsibilities

• Support trust & safety analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Develop and refine reporting frameworks to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce automated, insightful reports.
• Document WM-related processes and maintain data quality.

What are we looking for?

• Technical:
• Strong understanding of WFM Concepts and tools
• Proficiency in Advance Excel and SQL and data manipulation for WFM reporting
• Experience with Excel-based scheduling models and dashboards.
• Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI is a plus.
• WFM experience as Schedular, RTAs, Capacity planning, Forecasting, etc.
