Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai seeks a Measurement and Report Specialist for its Business Reporting & Governance vertical. You will deploy robust tracking mechanisms for SLA/KPI performance, manage governance aspects of contracts, and drive automation and analytics across reporting functions.

The role requires 7–11 years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint capabilities, and proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Prior HR/process knowledge will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• 7 to 11 years of experience in business reporting and governance, with a focus on reporting analytics.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience in creating user-friendly Excel dashboards or BI dashboards (Power BI).
• Ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
• Automation capabilities using VBA Macros.
• Understanding of processes like F&A, Marketing Operations, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• People or team management experience; HR knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create ad-hoc reports as required by stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate reports.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights for stakeholders.
• Drive value by automating reports and processes to improve efficiency.
• Support governance around performance metrics and contractual KPIs.
• Lead a project team or act as individual contributor while maintaining formal governance.

What would you do?

• The Business Reporting and Governance vertical helps to deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanism for SLA or KPI or any other operations on a day-to-day basis.
• The Governance team will be responsible for contractual compliance of various aspects of contract like Governance, Reporting, Incident Management, Change Management and Survey Management along with driving automation and analytics.
• Assessing, managing, using, improving, monitoring, maintaining, and protecting organizational information through a system of decision rights and accountabilities for information related processes, executed according to agreed-upon models which describe who can take what actions, with what information, when, under what circumstances and using what methods.

What are we looking for?

• Proficient in MS Office with advance knowledge in excel formulas.
• Ability to create Nice & User friendly excel or Bi dashboards.
• Ability to create meaningful presentation through PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI

• Should have ability to perform Analysis on historical data and generate insights by finding trends in data to spot any anomaly to the stake holders.
• Drive Value Adds by automating reports or processes to drive and bring in efficiency.
• Connect with Stakeholders and drive governance around performance metrics.
• Individual Contributor or Manage a team dedicated for the assignment and drive performance.
• Effective communication and organization skills with Polished, professional presence
• Client and Stakeholder Management experience.
• Experience in reporting of contractual metrics and operational KPIs
• Demonstrate ability to achieve customer satisfaction through a managed service framework.
• Facilitation skills and Virtual teaming experience
• Adaptability to change.
• Effective collaboration skills and experience
• Adept in working across a heavily matrixed organization.
