Job summary

5D Solutions is seeking a MEAN Stack Developer to independently design, architect, and deliver scalable full-stack web applications. You will work on enterprise-grade systems using Node.js, Express.js, and Angular 2+ with MongoDB/MySQL, while building RESTful APIs and automated tests.

You will collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes into production interfaces, ensure security and performance, and follow Agile practices with Git and Jira for version control and project management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years MEAN Stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Angular 2+, MongoDB/MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, containers.
• Solid understanding of security, high availability, and concurrency patterns.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB.

• Build and consume RESTful APIs with well‑structured automated test suites (unit/integration).
• Design and optimize databases using MySQL, MongoDB, and RESTful schemas.
• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js (or Restify).
• Build dynamic and interactive frontends using Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SASS, and jQuery.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to turn wireframes into production‑ready interfaces.
• Ensure cross‑platform compatibility and performance optimization for web applications.
• Integrate applications with third‑party APIs/services.
