Job summary

Thompsons HR Consulting Pvt Ltd seeks a senior on-site PAS|X expert for a Navi Mumbai pharma plant. You will design MBRs/MBR/GMBR, configure eBMRs and PAS|X master data, and connect PAS|X with SAP ERP while leading testing and validation through December 2027.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on PAS|X experience, 3+ years in MBR/GMBR design, GMP know-how, and CSV (IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT). Onsite, full-time, long-term engagement with the client.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on PAS|X experience including 3+ years designing MBR/GMBR
• Design/configure eBMRs and PAS|X master data (equipment, materials)
• Experience integrating PAS|X with SAP ERP
• Strong GMP experience and CSV (IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, integration testing)
• Onsite availability in Navi Mumbai, full-time, long-term

Responsibilities

Client is implementing MES (PAS|X) at their Vashi pharma plant and moving from paper to electronic batch records. They need a senior onsite expert to design MBRs, connect PAS|X with SAP, and handle testing/validation until Dec 2027.

Goals and deliverables

Ideal candidate

Must have

• 5+ years strong hands-on PAS|X, including 3+ years MBR/GMBR design
• Can design/configure eBMRs and PAS|X master data (equipment, materials, etc.)
• Practical experience integrating PAS|X with SAP ERP
• Solid pharma GMP experience and CSV (IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, integration testing)
• Onsite availability in Navi Mumbai, full-time, long-term

Nice to have

• PAS|X 3.2/3.3/3.4 and PAS|X MBR Designer certification
• Strong SAP background and experience in global pharma projects
